- Buy any new STANLEY hand tool or storage item at UK Planet Tools on or between 23/09/24 and 03/11/24.
- Complete the COMPETITION ENTRY FORM and PURCHASE INFORMATION at www.stanleytools.eu. Include a copy of your purchase receipt.
- Read and accept the terms and conditions, and submit your claim. Then, allow 35 days from the date of your confirmation email to receive your gift!
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Entrants of the redemption must:
- Be 18 or over
- Be ordinarily resident in the UK or ROI with a UK or ROI address
- Not be an employee or contractor of STANLEY Black & Decker, a promotion administrator or prize provider, a family or household member, or anyone else professionally involved or associated with this promotion.
- Have purchased new STANLEY or STANLEY FATMAX hand tool(s) or storage product(s) of £50 or more (in total, including VAT) between 23rd September and 3rd November 2024 from a qualifying retailer (UK Planet Tools).
- Have submitted a claim between 23rd September and 17th November 2024, no later than 23:59:59 on 17th November 2024.
Please note:
- Claims for purchases made before 23rd September 2024, or after 3rd November 2024 will be deemed invalid. Claims made after the closing date are immediately disqualified.
- Qualifying products include those with a value of £50 or more on any hand tools only, storage tools only or a mix of hand tools and storage products in one purchase, on one receipt.
- A limited number of 5,000 units of the STANLEY socket set will be given to the first 5,000 valid claimants.
- Only one claim per participant, per receipt and one claim per household. Only the first valid claim in respect of a household will be eligible.
- Purchases made from third-party sellers on Amazon, eBay or any other e-commerce website, whether bought as new or otherwise, are not eligible.
- STANLEY reserves the right to at any time require proof of eligibility in such form as they consider necessary.
- You must keep the qualifying product for a period of at least 30 days from the date of purchase. If the qualifying product(s) is returned during this period, STANLEY will be entitled to claim back the redemption product.
- If you are unable to submit your claim or need assistance doing so, you should email STANLEY at StanleyRedemption@sbdinc.com on or before 17:00 on the closing date (3rd November 2024).
- STANLEY reserves the right to replace the redemption product with another product of similar value in the event the redemption product is not available. The redemption product is non-exchangeable, non-transferrable and is not redeemable for cash or other products.
