Terms and Conditions
Chosen a deal? Fab. Now it's time to read the terms and conditions to check your eligibility.
To participate in either deal, you must:
- Complete all instructions to qualify (Spend £350 or more including VAT on DeWalt)
- Be aged 18 or over
- Be ordinarily resident in the UK and have a mainland UK address (ROI & international participants not eligible)
Please note:
- Your payment for your qualifying DeWalt purchase must be processed successfully – any payment decline will mean your battery or discount cannot be redeemed.
- You must have purchased your DeWalt product from UK Planet Tools only and not another retailer or website.
- You must have purchased your eligible product while stock of the DCB184-XJ is available.
- You must not have returned your items / received a refund on them – even as a gesture of goodwill – or if you have, at least one eligible DeWalt product must remain on receipt worth £350-600, or more than £600 (depending on your deal) if multiple items were purchased in one transaction.
- If your refund takes your total below £600 but still above £350, you will have the option to pay 50% of the value, otherwise the battery will need to be returned.
- Returns of your purchase that take your total below £350 in DeWalt products will ensure the battery will also need to be returned. Failure to return this could lead to a charge of the market value of the DCB184-XJ (£60.50).
- You must not redeem on more than one transaction – we can give only one battery per household.
- This redemption is currently running as of 22/08/2024 and will proceed while stock lasts. We cannot negotiate to continue this redemption if you miss out.
- We (UK Planet Tools) are the only participating retailer in this redemption. Claims/redemptions cannot be made with external businesses, including DeWalt.
