You must meet the following eligibility requirements to claim:
- Must be 18 or over
- Must be ordinarily resident in the UK with a UK address.
- Must have made a purchase of £450 or more (including VAT) on eligible products within the promotional window (01/09/24 - 31/12/24)
- Registered your product(s) by 31/01/25 with FEIN UK at my.fein.com.
- NOT be an employee (or family member) of FEIN UK, companies associated with FEIN UK or a sales partner of FEIN UK.
- Follow all instructions to qualify.
Please note:
- Verification of a request for a free product(s) is normally completed within 30 business days from receipt of the complete and on-time submission of documents.
- FEIN UK will ship the free product(s) within 8 weeks after registration at the latest.
- Returns of unregistered eligible products will lapse your entitlement to a free gift. For tools that have been registered, the claim to the free gift(s) is voided if the item(s) are returned within 6 months.
