High-strength retaining straps and a Smart Base cross-beam stop the Hymer extension ladder from sliding, which is great news for scaffolders and anyone working at a height or on uneven ground. A rigid safety bar is also in place to prevent unintentional folding of the aluminium extension ladder and keep it as sturdy as possible. With stairway mode, you can use the ladder extension safely on staircases by altering it into an A frame, which gives you more options for tasks. This ladder extension for roof and other purposes is a great find, compensating ground unevenness up to 120mm, with a convenient operation via a foot lever, and integrated spirit level for precise alignment.
