Thanks to the Lithium-ion's 40% weight saving, 18v of power can be achieved with a battery with a weight equivalent to a 12 volt Ni-MH battery. A Lithium-ion battery has a lifespan that is significantly longer than that of an equivalent Ni-MH or Ni-Cad, with 430% more running time. Ideal for professional and DIY use.
