The TOUGHSHELL material, a blend of 10% spandex and 90% polyester, is designed to withstand the elements and protect you from wind and rain, all while maintaining flexibility and movement. The battery pocket is hidden, and can be placed at the front or back depending on preference and comfort. With its easy one-touch controller, heat can be distributed to a range of core areas, with settings from Low and Medium to High.
