6) Payments, BNPL & finance

At checkout you can choose from a range of payment methods and, where available, "buy now, pay later" or finance options. When you choose a finance option we act as a credit broker and not a lender.

We will share the information needed to process your payment or finance application (for example your name, contact details, order information and payment value) with the provider you select. They act as an independent data controller for their own processing and will provide you with their own privacy notice and legal bases.

Where you select Black Horse Finance, we introduce you to them as a credit broker, and they will carry out their own affordability and credit checks under their policies. Any questions about your finance agreement should be directed to Black Horse Finance.

We share necessary details (name, address, contact, order reference) with carriers for shipping, tracking and proof of delivery. For returns, start a request via our Returns / RMA portal.
