It's a 2-in-1 Stanley knife. It's pricier than most knives you will find, but it is sturdy as anything, clips onto your belt or tool-belt and can be used to cut nearly everything. It has a standard blade on one side and a hook-blade (for things like carpet and shrinkwrap) on the other side.4* Because the blades were quite finicky to get inside the knife/holder and also to replace them. Furthermore, after a few months of usage, the little button thing that holds it shut has become a little loose. It doesn't start flying open or anything, but it doesn't click into the locked position very well anymore.
