Bahco 9627-6-460 Long Combination Auger Bit, 6mm x 460mm Wood Drill Bit (Levin Spiral)

Bahco 9627-6-460 is a long combination auger bit designed for deep, accurate boring in timber, helping you drill clean holes where standard-length wood bits won’t reach. Built for trade and workshop use, this 6mm wood drill bit suits long-reach applications such as drilling through thick sections or drilling through multiple timbers in one pass.

Model 9627-6-460 uses a self-feeding screw point and Levin-pattern spirals to pull the bit in smoothly and clear chips efficiently, supporting consistent results across a wide range of wood types.

Key Features

• Long-reach auger design: 460mm overall length helps you bore deep holes in timber where standard auger bits are too short.
• Self-feeding screw point: Draws the bit into the wood to reduce user effort and improve control when starting the hole.
• Levin-pattern spirals: Supports efficient chip removal for cleaner drilling, especially in deeper holes.
• Lacquered finish: Helps protect the bit from rust during storage and site use.
• Hardened tool steel: Built for durability and wear resistance in regular woodworking and construction tasks.
• Hex shank section: Provides a firmer grip in the chuck to help reduce slipping under load.
