The Black and Decker CS2245 Chainsaw is fitted with a high torque motor that produces a chain speed of 12.5m/s. It has a large cutting capacity of 45cm for large cutting tasks and the low kick back chain provides a smooth, fast cutting action through wet and dry timber. It is quick and easy to fit and adjust new chains thanks to the tool-free chain tensioning system. The integrated Auto Oil System lubricates the chain, for reduced wear and greater cutting efficiency whilst the Chain Brake System automatically cuts out within 0.15 seconds if the chainsaw kicks back, for added safety. It is fitted with an Anti-vibration System for greater comfort in use, an easy fill oil system with a viewing window to minimise spillages when filling and a hard steel spiked bumper improves stability for controlled cutting.
