The versatile PRO Metal thick and thin T123XF features a progressive tooth pitch to ensure you can tackle thick and thin metal workpieces alike. The PRO Metal thick and thin T123XF is made from Bi-Metal. It has a high-speed steel (HSS) tooth strip bonded with a high-carbon steel (HCS) body. This means it’s durable and strong enough to tackle sheet metal up to 8 mm thick as well as pipes and profiles up to 25 mm in diameter. The strong milled wavy-set teeth and a progressive tooth pitch ensure you get fast straight cuts in workpieces between 1.5 and 8 mm thick.
- Thick and thin metal - The T 123 XF Progressor for Metal jigsaw blade is shatterproof and offers fast and straight cuts in thin and thick metal.
- The blade features a tooth geometry with an increasing tooth spacing that allows working on materials of varying densities.
- In addition, the milled, corrugated teeth are designed for fast cuts in sheet metal.
- The fully hardened HSS (high-speed steel) BIM (bimetallic) teeth are attached to a highly elastic HCS (high carbon steel) body that reduces the risk of breakage and provides the necessary hardness and flexibility to cut through perforated sheet metal of standard strength.
- The blade with fine progressive tooth spacing (1.2 - 2.6 mm) cuts through a variety of thick/thin metal sheets from 1.5 - 10 mm thick.
