I've wanted an impact wrench for a while but didn't want to buy a cheap one. Over the last couple of years, I've purchased a number of Dewalt power tools that run on the same XR battery platform so I was able to add this to my tools without the additional expense of a battery.I've just tried this for the first time. I used it on an old trailer that's been sitting at the side of my house for about ten years. The wheel nuts and studs were very rusty and I didn't have a lot of confidence in the tool's ability to remove the nuts. I was wrong. I removed two of the wheel nuts in seconds with no problems.I'm very pleased with this tool.

By my estimates using my trusty torque wrench this gun delivers between 150-160Nm on a M14 wheel bolt, Dewalt lists it at just over 200Nm but that is under perfect conditions.Most nut and bolts below a car are rated well below what this gun can deliver, it is very light weight and short in length in my eyes, let me put it this way it is on the top shelf of my tool box and will be used most days.
