Hikoki AC18DAW4Z 18V Cordless 300ml Caulking Gun Bare Unit
Hikoki AC18DAW4Z 18V Cordless 300ml Caulking Gun (Bare Unit) – 3,000N Force
The Hikoki AC18DAW4Z cordless caulking gun is an 18V battery-powered applicator designed for controlled, consistent dispensing of sealants and adhesives from common cartridges. Built for tradespeople and serious DIY users, it helps you lay smooth beads with less hand strain than a manual gun—particularly useful when working with higher-viscosity materials.
Model AC18DAW4Z combines a variable-speed trigger and dial with an auto-reverse anti-drip function, helping you keep control around corners, joints and finishing details. The integrated LED work light supports clearer placement in low-light areas such as cupboards, plant rooms or evening snagging work.
Key Features
- High push force (3,000N): Helps drive thick adhesives and sealants smoothly for steady bead application.
- Variable-speed control: Trigger and speed dial allow more precise flow control to suit different materials and bead sizes.
- Auto-reverse anti-drip: Retracts slightly when the trigger is released to reduce unwanted dripping and mess.
- Toolless piston replacement: Designed to make piston changes quicker when switching materials or servicing.
- Integrated LED work light: Illuminates the work area for improved visibility in darker spaces.
- Self-standing design: Can be placed upside down with a cartridge/tube fitted for convenient set-downs between runs.

Hikoki, formerly known as Hitachi, have specialised in power tools and equipment for the professional tradesperson since 1948, with their story starting as a producer of tools in the mining trade. Now acting globally, they’ve remained rooted in Japanese tradition, changing their name to the English word ‘high’ and Japanese ‘koki’ meaning ‘industrial machines’ in 2018, better reflecting what their tools represent. Today, Hikoki’s motive is simple: provide an ergonomic design, better balance, optimal control and maximum reliability to give professionals ultimate freedom on the job site. And that’s what they do.
