Heavy-Duty Generator
The HY3000CI is a heavy-duty 3kW converter generator from Hyundai. Powered by the 212cc 7hp single-cylinder OHV 4-stroke air-cooled low maintenance petrol engine.
Light and Compact
The HY3000CI converter design is so light and compact compared to conventional generators which are around 50% heavier and bulkier. This is a real bonus when lifting the generator in and out of your van or pickup truck. The HY3000Ci weighs 26.5kg compared to a conventional open frame 3kw generator weighing around 45kg.

Producing a max power of 3kW the HY3000CI converter generator is ideal for powering power tools, cement mixers, lighting rigs, garages, mobile workshops, farm equipment and a multitude of other devices to help your site or business run smoothly.
Ultimate Safety
The HY3000CI also benefits from additional safety features such as each individual socket having an overload protection breaker and a low-level oil shutoff which will stop the generator's engine and not allow it to be restarted until the oil level has been restored.
When storing your generator for a long period of time, we recommended you either run the engine dry of fuel (run until the engine cuts out due to no fuel), or use a fuel additive to prevent the petrol from ‘going off’. Petrol, when left for long periods can congeal and clog the carburettor and cause issues starting your generator in the future.
