The KNIPEX 26 22 200 bent long nose side cutters have Bi-material, 2-component handles for a more comfortable and positive grip. They have long flat round jaws that are highly loadable, with elastic precision points with blades for hard wire diameter up to 2.2mm and medium wire diameter up to 3.2 mm.
The cutting edges are separately induction hardened for durabilty and longer working life and are hardend to approximately 61HRC.
The jaws are angled at 40° and are ideal for use on electronic or tight to reach areas on computers, circuitry, or motor vehicles applications.
Knipex have used a good quality special tool steel material that is oil hardened.
