The Makita RS001GD203 is part of their high powered 40v Max XGT range. - Brushless motor: The brushless design on this reciprocating saw means that it continuously offers frictionless performance with little to no maintenance. This drill’s motor has a smaller number of moving parts, giving it the advantage of a more compact design.
- Electric brake: The XGT brushless saw has an electronic brake control, so the motor will stop and cut out as soon as the trigger is released. This allows the power tool user to have complete control when on the job
- Soft start: The soft start function on this Makita brushless angle grinder allows for minimum mistakes and is perfect for tasks that need careful consideration. It means you are fully prepared to begin trimming without surprise starts.
- Automatic Torque Drive Technology: This function on your Makita brushless 185mm saw allows you to automatically change the sawing speed according to your load condition for optimum operation
- Magnesium base: The magnesium base on this brushless jigsaw has bevels which can move from 0 to 53 degrees left and right this increases the cutting capacity making it capable of cutting through mild steel without difficulty
- Retractable joist hook: This brushless circular saw has a retractable joist hook. This hook allows you to hang this lightweight machine wherever you want and then when you are using the tool it can retract out of your way.
