The Makita 18V Random Orbit Polisher Bare Unit is ideal for professionals. This polisher comes with removable dust covers which captures the dust waste so that the air remains clean and breathable. This Makita jointer has an anti-restart function which minimizes accidental start up and has an LED lamp warning system so you understand why it has not started up. This brushless polisher has a hook and loop fastening for security when attaching it to your belt or other surfaces. The constant speed control on this random orbit polisher ensures that the job is carried out at a consistent speed and quality. This 18v brushless polisher has a variable speed trigger for ultimate control over polish rotation. The brushless motor provides maximum power even under load and longer tool life. The tool can be rested upside down without damaging workpiece thanks to the elastomer bumpers and the soft start provides a clean smooth cut. It is versatile with rotation mode change from random orbit to random orbit with forced rotation, this is to ensure the user is able to do rough polishing and fine finishing.
- Removable dust covers: The Makita random orbit polisher captures more than 90% of airborne dust with it’s removable dust covers creating a dust and dirt free working environment. You can then dispose of the collected dust.
- Anti-restart function: The brushless polisher has an Anti-restart function which minimizes accidental start-up so that the tool does not start with the switch lever in position, even when the tool is plugged in. An LED lamp will flash red in warning when the tool unintentional restarts, proof device is on function.
- Hook & Loop fastening: This brushless random orbit polisher has a hook and loop fastening feature, the hook and loop act together to create a strong closure. This means that this fastening keeps the polisher attached rigidly.
- Constant speed control: The brushless orbit polisher has a constant speed motor which has constant speed when the load changes, the electric supply voltage is also changed. This circuit uses tachometer to sense the actual speed to maintain the speed at a constant value.
