Description
The Makita DUB362Z 36v LXT Brushless Blower Bare Unit is a 36v brushless cordless blower. It is powered by 2 x 18v Li-Ion batteries which makes this the most powerful cordless blower in its class and with a maximum air volume of 13.4 m³/min and a maximum air velocity of 54 m/sec.The motor is brushless which makes it more efficient meaning longer run times per battery charge. It gains around 30% extra by running the 18v batteries in series to give power of 36v. The DUB362Z can use any combination of Makita 3.0Ah, 4.0Ah and 5.0Ah batteries at the same timebut the machine will stop running when either of the batteries have losttheir charge,a fuel gauge indicates the remaining charge left on the batteries.

Having owned corded and petrol blowers this is such a blessing. Lightweight and with effective variable speed settings so you can actually chorale your leaf pile and not just blow everything up in the air. Totally manoeuvrable and sufficient battery time for a fairly large garden. Only negative is clothing can get drawn to the air inlet but that’s a real minor point as this is an excellent product

Bought this to replace an old petrol machine that was being increasing troublesome to start. I already have other Makita tools so have a stock of the LXT batteries. I am impressed at the power of this device and most importantly the ease of use. Clip on a pair of batteries pull the trigger and you are working. The variable speed is a great asset to, when blowing on a paved surface the lower settings are more than enough, leaving the high for rough surfaces.Overall absolutely delighted with this tool

Had my doubts about battery operated blower! Got 2x5.0 batteries and absolutely superb. Have a gardener visit occasionally and it blows his good petrol one out the water. Can’t recommend this enough!

This is the answer to sweeping leaves up SILENTLY. I wish all my neighbours instructed their gardeners to use this type. Its very powerful with dry leaves, let's wait for winter with heavy wet leaves 18" deep. I'll write another review then.

Moves conifer and hedge clippings from grass and borders, even when wet. Exceptionally powerful more like the petrol blowers, relatively lightweight , also gentler action on lowest settings, so versatile.
