Makita GA5091X01 125mm (5”) slide switch angle grinder (GA5091X01) features a high performance 1,900W motor with variable speed for industrial applications. The GA5091X01 comes standard with Active Feedback sensing Technology (AFT) allowing the tool to detect kickback or wheel bind, in these cases the tool will automatically shut down to protect the user. If the GA5091X01 shuts down the mechanical brake will rapidly stop wheel rotation, and the anti-restart protection will prevent the motor from restarting after a power disruption if the switch remains in the on position, users can cycle the slide switch to restart the tool. The GA5091X01 includes several ergonomic features to minimise user fatigue.
