Makita VR001GZ 40Vmax XGT Cordless Brushless Vibrating Poker Bare Unit
Makita VR001GZ 40Vmax XGT cordless brushless vibrating poker (industrial concrete compaction)
Makita VR001GZ cordless brushless vibrating poker for consolidating freshly poured concrete, helping reduce air pockets and improve compaction on site. Built on the Makita 40Vmax XGT platform, it’s designed for trade users who need controlled vibration output when working on slabs, foundations and formed sections.
The VR001G offers two selectable modes, letting you choose a higher vibration setting for general compaction work or a normal setting for finishing stages where more controlled flow is preferred.
Key Features
- Two power selection modes: Choose Power mode for a wide range of concrete compaction work, or Normal mode for step finishing where controlled flow is important.
- Brushless motor: Efficient drive for consistent performance with reduced maintenance compared with brushed motor designs.
- Constant speed control: Helps maintain steady vibration under load for more consistent consolidation.
- Lock-on function: Supports continuous running during longer pours with reduced trigger fatigue.
- Trigger lock & anti-restart: Added safety features to help prevent accidental activation.
- Switch cover protection: Helps prevent the trigger area being blocked by adhered or hardened material.
- Battery warning function: Alerts you to battery status during use.
- Ergonomic handle design: Shaped for comfortable control when positioning the poker during compaction.
