The FSA 60 R is a powerful battery-powered grass trimmer that can take on tough mowing, trimming, cutting and lawn edging work in medium-sized to large home gardens. It’s part of the AK System and has low noise emissions, so you don’t have to worry about disturbing neighbours when working either.
The FSA 60 R is supplied with the AutoCut C 6-2 mowing head which can be refilled without the need for tools. It can also be used with the PolyCut 6-2 mowing head which uses polymer cutting blades or the DuroCut 5-2 mowing head which uses serrated pieces of line for trimming denser grass or light scrub (both PolyCut and DuroCut heads are sold separately).
The grass trimmer is fitted with a soft grip control handle which has variable speed adjustment, allowing you to control the speed of the mowing head whilst cutting. The aluminium shaft is especially sturdy too and an adjustable loop handle lets you set the FSA 60 R to the working height you desire. A spacer is also included which lets you precisely trim around trees, shrubs and objects. This tool comes with our clear safety glasses as standard.

- FOR COMFORTABLE WORK. The softgrip handle integrates the control lever for switching on and off as well as a control lever lock, to make it easier to operate your cordless brushcutter. Not only is it easy to grip, but it also absorbs some of the vibrations that arise during operation.
- INTEGRATION INTO STIHL CONNECTED. The power tool is compatible with the Smart Connector, meaning it can be integrated into the STIHL connected system. Once you have attached a Smart Connector to the power tool, after one-time commissioning it will record the power tool’s operating hours and transmit them to the STIHL connected App via Bluetooth. In addition to displaying the operational time, the app also provides an overview of all necessary maintenance, ensuring that you do not overlook important upkeep and that your power tool is always in a ready-to-use condition.
