TIMCO C2 Strong-Fix 40050C2TUB Premium Countersunk Gold Woodscrews (4.0 x 50mm) – 800 Pack

TIMCO 40050C2TUB premium countersunk wood screws are designed for strong, reliable fixing in timber and other materials where high holding force is required. Featuring C2 twin-cut technology and a dual-angle full thread design, this multi-purpose screw helps deliver secure pull-out resistance and efficient driving for trade and DIY applications.

With a deep recess to reduce cam-out and ribs under the head to improve countersinking, the C2 Strong-Fix range is ideal when you need a neat, flush finish on fittings such as hinges and brackets. A high-molecular polymer lubricant coating helps lower insertion torque and boosts corrosion resistance compared with standard zinc plating.

Key Features

• C2 twin-cut technology: Helps rapid pick-up and reduces timber splitting for smoother driving.
• Dual-angle full thread: Designed to maximise pull-out strength on every fixing.
• Deep recess drive: Reduces cam-out for precise, positive drive control.
• Ribs under the head: Improves countersinking for a smooth, flush finish while helping to minimise splitting and surface damage.
• Polymer lubricant coating: Reduces insertion torque (up to 52%) and increases rust protection (up to 20x longer than standard zinc plating).
• Optimised for demanding fixings: Well suited to applications where strong holding power is required, including hinges, brackets and high-load environments.
