TIMCO Penny / Repair Washers DIN9054 Silver - M6 x 40 - Pack of 4 Pieces | B2604

TIMCO 640WHPZP Penny / Repair Washer DIN 9054 (Silver), M6 x 40 – Pack of 4

TIMCO 640WHPZP penny / repair washers are large-diameter washers designed to spread clamping load for a more secure fixing, making them a practical choice for general fastening and repair work.

Made to the DIN 9054 pattern, these TIMCO penny washers (M6 x 40) are also useful for reducing hole diameter and packing out where a standard washer footprint is not sufficient.

Key Features

• Large diameter washer: Helps distribute clamping force over a wider area to reduce the risk of pull-through on thinner materials.
• Repair / penny washer pattern: Suitable for covering oversized or worn holes and for bridging larger openings.
• Helps reduce hole diameter: Provides a larger bearing surface to suit applications where extra coverage is required.
• Packing out support: Useful for spacing and packing in assemblies where a broader washer is beneficial.
• Trivalent chromium (Cr3) zinc plated: Provides a plated finish as specified for the product.
