TIMCO 12312CWZ Twin-Thread Countersunk Silver Woodscrews, 12 x 3 1/2 (Pack of 100)

TIMCO 12312CWZ wood screws are twin-threaded countersunk screws designed for fast installation in soft timber, with the option of use in masonry when paired with a plastic plug. The single lead start and sharp point help the screw bite quickly for efficient fixing on site.

This TIMCO twin-thread woodscrew features a partially threaded design and a double countersunk head to support neat seating and reduce the likelihood of head shear when driving flush.

Key Features

• Twin-thread design: 60° twin threads with a parallel shank for faster insertion and improved pull-out resistance.
• Single lead start: Helps deliver a quick start for faster installation.
• Double countersunk head: Reduces the likelihood of head shear and helps complete countersinking for a cleaner finish.
• Partially threaded: Partially threaded from 1 1/4" and above for the intended fixing style.
• Surface hardened steel: Surface hardened up to 750 HV to help prevent torque shearing under load, with core hardness up to 450 HV for improved ductility.
