TIMCO Twin-Threaded Countersunk Silver Woodscrews - 8 x 1 - Pack of 200 Pieces | B2604

TIMCO 00081CWZ Twin-Threaded Countersunk Silver Woodscrews, 8 x 1 (Pack of 200)

TIMCO 00081CWZ woodscrews are twin-threaded countersunk fixings designed for fast installation in soft timber, with the option to use them in masonry when paired with a suitable plastic plug.

This traditional twin-thread design uses a single lead start for quick pick-up, while the double countersunk head helps reduce the likelihood of head shear and supports a neat finish when countersinking. The 00081CWZ size is supplied as a convenient pack for site and workshop use.

Key Features

• Twin-thread design: 60° twin threads with a parallel shank help drive faster and improve pull-out resistance.
• Single lead start: Designed for quick starting and fast installation.
• Double countersunk head: Helps reduce the likelihood of head shear and supports clean countersinking.
• Partially threaded: Partially threaded from 1 1/4" and above for application-appropriate clamping.
• Surface hardened steel: Surface hardness up to 750 HV to help prevent torque shearing under load, with core hardness up to 450 HV for improved ductility.
• Sharp point: 25° point helps with a fast start and improved thread acceptance.
