The two extra-large rust-resistant metal latches for this top tool box keep the lid firmly shut. For added peace of mind, the tool box has a padlock eye to which you can fix your own choice of lock. The bottom tool bin has an open top for easy access to the inside, designed for your biggest tools. The heavy-duty wheels have a diameter of 17cm, plus chunky treads to grip the surface. To secure the bin to the top tool box, there are two large flip-and-clip latches either side of the top of the open-top bin. Just clip the tool box and the tool bin together, and this toolbox with wheels and handle is ready to go to wherever you go. For added peace of mind, each of the two latches has its own padlock eye to which you can fix your own lock.
