The Trend 46/116X1/4TC ovolo cutter is a bearing-guided router cutter designed for rounding over edges without the need for a side fence. It’s a practical choice for neat edge finishing on timber, helping you achieve consistent profiles by following the workpiece with the guide bearing.

Supplied with two bearings, this cutter can be set up for a round-over using the larger bearing, and can also be lowered to create a top quirk. The 46/116X1/4TC can be used to produce a full round/bullnose on stair treads by making a second pass from the opposite side of the workpiece.
