Trend HR/JIG Hot Rod Routing Jig – 12mm Worktop Recess Guide

Trend HR/JIG routing jig is designed for routing accurate grooves in solid worktops to accept 12mm diameter hot rods, helping reduce the risk of heat damage around hobs and worktop joints. It’s a practical Trend router jig for installers and fitters who want consistent spacing and repeatable positioning when recessing rods.

The HR/JIG uses a hardwearing 12mm CNC-machined Compact Grade High Pressure Laminate body, with groove positions set out at a 50mm pitch. It accepts rod lengths of 100mm, 200mm, 300mm and 400mm, with peg holes at 50mm increments to help set recesses at 90° to the work surface or at 45°.
