The Trend RBT/1 Routabout Jig is a routing jig designed to cut neat lift-out access panels in 18mm chipboard and similar flooring, helping builders, plumbers and electricians reach pipes and cables quickly with minimal disruption. Used with a plunge router (750W or above), it produces a clean circular opening and a matching plug for making good afterwards.

Designed to cut only the board thickness, the Routabout jig helps keep the job tidy and efficient. RBT/1 is a practical choice for creating access points in new installations or existing floors where you want a secure refit once work below the floor is complete.
