Trend RTI/PLATE Router Table Insert Plate (Phenolic, 306 x 229mm)

Trend RTI/PLATE router table insert plate is designed for building a user-made router table, giving a stable, accurately centred mounting surface for your router to help achieve clean, controlled routing. The rigid thermoset phenolic construction and slight crown help support distortion-free cuts when fitted correctly.

With concentric snap-in rings and centring lines underneath, RTI/PLATE makes it easier to align the router base and create a neat opening around the cutter for improved support on smaller workpieces.

• Thermoset phenolic plate: Rigid material designed to provide a stable insert surface for accurate routing.
• Snap-in concentric rings: Two rings supplied with three opening sizes (98mm, 68mm and 32mm) to suit different cutter clearance needs.
• Centring aids underneath: Concentric rings and radial lines help with quick alignment of the router during installation.
• Slight crown moulding: 0.8mm crown intended to help reduce the risk of distortion affecting the cut.
• Corner clips included: Designed to clamp the insert plate to the underside of the table top.
• Rebate-mount option: Can be mounted into 19mm table tops with a 6.35mm deep x 12.7mm wide edge rebate.
