The carbide is designed to withstand the most abrasive of materials on a daily basis, with each bit having highly ground tip faces that ensure perfect, razor sharpness, durability and a longer lifespan to achieve the premium finish the professional router user demands. Straight cutters feature radial ground clearance for greater support to the cutting edge with a TCT plunge centre tip on straight cutters over 9.5mm diameter for piercing and stopped cuts. Each cutter is made on custom designed machines to give the highest level of accuracy and precision, ensuring consistent clean cuts on softwoods, hardwoods, MDF, plywood and chipboard.
