The Milwaukee Hand Tools VDE Water Pump Pliers are made of forged chrome vanadium steel with a grey titanium surface finish that is non-reflective and provides maximum corrosion resistance. The jaws are additionally induction hardened with self-locking serration for best grip. It has a curved box joint with wide guide surfaces to withstand highest torque pressures. Curved box joint provides for larger gripping capacity, 40% above ISO standard. The joint is smooth and precise for maximum power transmission with optimum leverage for easy and effortless work. Fitted with an ergonomic 3-component handle with soft grip for comfortable handling. Finger trap protection for safe work, prevents injuries caused by squeezing. It also features a lanyard hole. VDE (DIN EN/IEC 60900) certified: tested up to 10,000V and guaranteed to 1,000V. Tested against cold to -40°C.
