The Tech Pac Blackout is a blacked-out tool backpack for tool storage based on our Tech Pac but with Veto Pro Pac’s V-Swap™ system that COMES WITH FRONT AND BACK removable TOOL and METER pocket panels which are also exchangeable. You can purchase additional Meter, Tool and other panels as desired, including a Laptop Panel that can turn the bag into a tool bag/laptop bag, and the Laptop Panel can go in the front or the back, flat rubber panel for Bulk Storage, a Modular panel, Utility Panel, and Folio panel.
