This wheeled backpack includes new premium padded backpack straps that are completely removable, making the backpack straps easier to stow and decide whether or not to carry as a backpack. The Tech Pac MC wheeler blackout also features our proprietary V-Swap™ system of interchangeable panels. Includes tool panel and meter panel. Other panels sold separately.
